This is the 1st non-Zippo lighter I have ever purchased as I collect Zippos. I was convinced to expand my collection to Lighters in general after having seen this.
The artwork is spectacular! The finish is unlike any in my collection & somehow looks like stone and metal at the same time. The artwork is elegant and strong.
It is mechanically sound. The packaging is unique & becomes part of it's collectability. It was well protected during shipping & arrived in perfect condition.
The only regret is that it was advertised in such a way that I was unaware that there was a matching pocket watch. Had I known of this I could have purchased the watch for $29 & been able to purchase the lighter for only $10. I was not made aware of this until after I'd already purchased and received the lighter.
Amazon no longer provides a Customer Service Phone #, so there is no way for me to contact them to try to remedy the situation. This is a severe disappointment as I would LOVE to buy the pocket watch, but to do so now would cost me an additional $20 for the set.
