This is one of the books that I ordered because another recommended it to me but I wasn't sure it was for me, one that I was so wrong - It is excellent with great Tarot Ideas, some I've already put to use
If you want a book to give you creative ideas - this is it
I love this book more than I ever thought I would & I have many

A few interesting exercises and some spreads. Nothing revolutionary here, just some intermediate ways to look at tarot cards. Reminds me a lot of Tarot for Your Self.

I have more TAROT books in my collection than many libraries and bookstores and this one is by far my favorite. The author knows her stuff and does a great job transferring that knowledge to the reader. I cannot say enough about it. If you are looking for a book that gives a simple "this card means this... that card means that" then you really should be warned of two things. 1) This book does not contain that and 2) that is not a good way to learn the cards. What this book does, along with many other useful lessons, is teach you how to KNOW the cards in the best way possible and then how to USE them with confidence. The artwork on the cover is very impressive as well.
I offer many thanks to the author and look forward to more of her genius. If I praised this book as much as it is worth, this review would be too long to read. Make room Mary Greer and Rachel Pollack. You have defiantly have company with Gina Estevez.

I have to say I loved this book. It had amazed me how Ms. Estevez made Tarot come alive and become part of your daily life. The book is more one on one, as if you are sitting and speaking with her. It made reading it more personal. I have enjoyed it and gave it to my daughter to read also.

The simplistic, yet indepth nature of this book makes it an extraordinary addition to any novice or professional Tarot reader's library.

This book is by far the best book on the Tarot I've ever come across. . The instructional aspects are written in a way to make you feel comfortable in your journey as it educates you in a deeper sense of the cards and their meaning to you. It is not just a "instructional" guideline for the novice, it is a exploration of the Tarot, and how to incorporate it's meaning into your life. I would Highly recommend Tarot Spreads, Threads and Mandalas to anyone willing to take the leap from dabbling to life long obsession.

Ms Estevez has written an insightful and masterful work that brings tarot to life even for us neophytes. She makes old ideas fresh and new with an approach unlike any other tarot book I have read. After reading this book I realized that tarot is more than a deck of cards or tool, it can be a friend and ally. I would recommend this book to anyone who reads tarot, the beginner as well as the master.

Ms. Estevez gives a fresh and understandable approach for learning to work with the tarot and make it your own. The book is fun, witty and liberating. I almost finished the book, but my husband picked it up to read and hasn't given it back yet!

There are too many ways to read cards, also there wasn't much on mandala. Really didn't see the connection. The numerology section was good.
