About the Author

A former Air Force officer, Kerr Cuhulain (Vancouver) has been a police officer for the past twenty years, and a Wiccan for thirty. He's served on the SWAT team, Gang Crime Unit, and hostage negotiation team.     I really like Cuhulain's writing. His work is easy to read, down to earth, and useful. In this book he goes into detail about the magical warrior way, the importance of spirit, ki, how to feel and control it, and its uses. He points this out when he refers to Tai Chi Chuan which is a way of mastering chi flow. I enjoyed reading this book.
