I believe that there are four main areas that one can focus on in order to live well and healthfully: physical, social, emotional and environmental. In my opinion, it's important to consider each of these components when making changes in your life because if you attempt to improve just one aspect at a time, you're most unlikely meeting your potential cranking out amazing results in at least some other area as well! A lack of exercise can result in decreased energy or even burn out. Similarly dieting prevents the body from getting vital nutrients which may lead to exhaustion or depression due to this deficiency of vitamins required for a healthy functioning human body - I don't need to elaborate on what could happen here! :) It should be noted that making any kind of significant change like changing up your eating habits or other behaviors could very likely result in improved overall energy levels, mood and sense of well-being!
