Bicycle helmet
Any helmet meets ANSI safety standards. Visor is not needed due to the add-on brim that I add. Helmets only last about 3 years due to oxidation and perspiration.
Men's sweat pants
Useful for lounging around the apartment. Waist 38-40, sleeve length 36-37 preferred.
New Bicycle Chain (9 speed)
These are a consumable when you ride as much as I do.
Yearly Moleskine or equivalent journal
Moleskine Classic Notebook, Hard Cover, Large (5" x 8.25"), Ruled, green needed to keep my journals going.
Riding gloves
Black full finger gloves (XL) so that I do not need sun screen on my hands. (Safes time with every day set-up.)
