A drawing tablet for PC that has a screen that you draw on with a stylus.

I couldn't use my non screen one because I didn't get adequate feedback from it. Ideally one with nigh instantaneous feedback (low latency) and a stylus that can detect pressure. Note to self: re-draw picture.
