Blind Children's Learning Center is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Organization in Santa Ana CA.

For more than 50 years, children ages birth to 21 years who are blind, deaf-blind, and visually impaired have received specialized training at Blind Children's Learning Center to maximize their full potential and meet meaningful goals and objectives. Parents and family receive support and encouragement during each and every step of their child's journey toward independence.

Our mission is to prepare children with visual impairments for a life of independence through early intervention, education, and parent support.
